Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact with our clients and their questions related to purchases and existing orders status via phone, web chat, and email.

In this position, you will be responsible for customer inquiries within all Australian Country Outfitters departments.

We expect you to perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral and written communication. Research and respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via e-mail in a timely matter.

-Responsible for timely completing online and phone orders, including the management of incoming and outgoing shipments.

-Maintain special orders and fulfillment in a timely matter

-Review and update customer records on computerized database,

-Assure the highest level of customer satisfaction, including a timely and adequate follow-up process.

-Perform customer relationship management functions. Help drive business through CRM initiatives.

Professional Requirements Required Skills

  • Outstanding organizational skills, able to multitask.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point with excellent overall computer skills.
