E-commerce_Sr, Account Manager

This position reports into Sr. Group Account Manager and is based at Seoul.

What You Will Do

1. Responsible for driving profitable growth by focusing on core strategies and cultivating business partnerships in eCommerce industry

2. Lead sales on the assigned eRetailers to meet or exceed established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute account specific go-to-market strategy to achieve sales target

2. Build strategic partnership with eRetailers to create joint value

3. Execute commercial promotions to generate shopper demands by partnering eRetailers and cross-functions

4. Improve eCommerce fundamental in path to purchase journey with SCANR (Search, Content, Assortment, Navigation and Rating & Review)

5. Analyze sales data to capture retailer insight and find opportunities on an on-going basis with sell-out and KPI

6. Capture rising market and shopper trends to find growth driver


What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degrees or above


Experience and Skills:

Required:

1. 3-5 years in FMCG sales functions

2. Over 1 year experience in eCommerce sales

3. High accountability and passion for making things happen and leading changes

4. Resilience to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment

5. Proactive and positive attitude

6. Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

Preferred:

Over 1 year experience in eCommerce distributor management

Other:

Driver’s license Required
