Fiverr is looking for a Search Evaluator (student position) to join the Search team. We're looking for a creative and highly-motivated team player that can help us improve Fiverr’s search experience.
The Search Evaluator is responsible for the process of evaluating Fiverr’s search engine’s accuracy and performance. The position includes tagging and analyzing search results, identifying essential relevance phenomena that reoccur in the data and providing feedback to the algo team in order to improve the search experience.
The candidate must be super analytical, independent, an out-of-the-box thinker, and a quick learner, with the ability to work 3 days a week.
Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.
Requirements:
- Top notch English level - a must
- Student for BA/M.A with 3-4 semesters left to graduation
- Ability to work at least 3 days a week
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot table and vlookup) and Slides
- Analytical thinking
- Attention to details
- Basic knowledge of SQL - advantage

What am I going to do?:
- Define evaluation goals with the relevant stakeholders, taking full ownership of evaluation tasks.
- Tag and analyze various data types, mainly search results.
- Identify and categorize different characteristics in our search results that will enrich our data and feedback to improve the search experience.
- Build protocols, and set policies and methods for running searches and other evaluation activities.
