Kennedy Property is a contemporary real estate agency with offices in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage office operations in our Abu Dhabi location. The ideal candidate must have prior administrative, HR, and personal assistant experience in the UAE, and previous experience working with a Real Estate Agency is highly preferred.
Accountabilities:
- Ensuring smooth office operations of the office from open to close during weekdays
- Liaison with developers and other real estate service providers for contracts, commission claims, availability
- Managing the property portal ( Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Brokerpad CRM, Propspace CRM etc.)
- Liaising with external PRO company for visa processing, trade license renewals and arranging of Agent broker card etc
- Business support for CEO - coordinating with employees, writing emails and other documents, problem solving minor issues, collecting and organizing all issues and presenting them to CEO on a regular basis for discussion and solution, organizing business files
- Personal support for CEO - Organizing personal files and documents, making hotel, restaurant and travel reservations, scheduling personal appointments
- Other administrative tasks
