Based in Taipei
, take charge of building and running one of Zenyum's most strategic growth channels for our consumer product business in Taiwan: E-commerce Platforms.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and armed with creativity and logic, you set up, market, and operate a range of award-winning Smile Cosmetics Products across E-commerce Platforms and Marketplaces in Taiwan. You own one of our most important growth channels and take a leading role in scaling Singapore's largest Ecommerce Personal Care Brand across Taiwan.

We are looking for an ambitious Key Account (Assistant) Manager/ Ecommerce (Assistant) Manager to:

  • Work closely with our Regional Consumer Products Team, Head of Consumer Products, and Head of Marketing to develop and execute Taiwan's Distribution and E-commerce strategy
  • Launch, build, and scale our new Smile Cosmetics business on 3PP & marketplace channels such as Momo(TW), Shopee(TW), and other growth channels
  • Work closely together with your Key Account partners to build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with e-commerce and business partners that unlock growth opportunities
  • Manage and be accountable towards achieving P&L targets for appointed channels, including but not limited to monthly revenue deliverables and media spending control
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across marketing and HQ to boost marketing efficiency, including digital marketing, on-platform solutions, and other growth marketing channels
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations and Customer Support to ensure that your distribution channel execution is flawless
  • Go beyond the obvious when it comes to scaling e-commerce and O2O. Be creative and resourceful in building growth loops and scalable marketing channels.

You're a fit for this role, if you:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in owning third-party e-commerce channels for a major brand or working for a large e-commerce platform.
  • Experienced with FMCG/ Beauty/ Personal Care/ Oral care background would be an advantage
  • Build e-commerce channels into the key growth driver for our portfolio of Smile Cosmetics products replicating the success of our Singapore business to become NO.1 Personal Care Brand on E-commerce
  • You know what it takes to build, scale, and optimize e-commerce channels to become a constant growth engine
  • Think scrappily but wildly about exploring new marketing channels, building growth loops, and acquisition moats on e-commerce platforms.
  • Are well connected in the E-commerce platform and marketplace landscape in Taiwan
  • Enjoy engaging in a highly ambitious and international environment
  • Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table
